Most day-to-day support requests land here: sign-in access, workspace switching, invites, and permissions.
Update profile details
From your account settings, keep these details current:
- Name and contact email
- Notification preferences
- Avatar or team-facing identity fields
- Any personal settings that affect how you work across workspaces
Reset password or sign-in issues
If you cannot access your account:
- Use the password reset flow on the sign-in screen.
- If you originally signed up with Google or another identity provider, use that same method again.
- Double-check that you are using the email attached to the correct workspace.
If the reset email does not arrive, review your spam folder and then use the checks in Troubleshooting.
Switch between workspaces
If you belong to more than one team:
- Confirm you are in the correct workspace before making changes.
- Check your role in each workspace individually.
- Ask a workspace owner to re-invite you if access disappeared after an org cleanup.
Manage team access
Owners and admins should review access regularly.
- Invite new teammates only when they need access.
- Remove unused members and stale invites.
- Give the narrowest permissions that still let people do their work.
- Reserve billing ownership for someone who can manage renewals and invoices.
Review notifications
When the wrong people receive alerts, support gets noisy fast.
- Turn off nonessential notifications for individual users.
- Keep billing notifications routed to the billing owner or finance contact.
- Make sure workspace owners receive critical account and renewal updates.
Security basics
A few habits prevent most account issues.
- Use a unique password if you sign in with email and password.
- Review active sessions on shared devices before signing out.
- Rotate access quickly when team membership changes.
- Enable any additional security controls your plan or workspace settings provide.
When to contact support
Reach out on the Contact Support page if:
- You no longer have access to a paid workspace
- An invite was accepted but permissions are still wrong
- You suspect a billing owner or workspace owner mismatch
- You see an account error you cannot resolve with a reset or re-invite
